Light Stream Chapel Solutions Outreach Ministries was established in July 2004 under the anointed leadership of Apostle David S. Fatorma Jr., with a singular vision: to carry the light of the Gospel into every dark corner of Liberia and beyond.
From its home on Pago's Island, Oldest Congo Town, Paynesville, the ministry has grown into a national movement with multiple branches, a vibrant academy, medical outreach, and a community deeply rooted in discipleship and service.
