Light Stream Chapel — officially Light Stream Solution Outreach Ministries — was established in July 2004 and is located in the Pago's Island community of Oldest Congo Town, Monrovia. Founded and led by Senior Pastor Apostle David S. Fatorma Jr., the church is dedicated to spiritual growth and community empowerment.
The church was firstly built outside of the island on the main road, and was later relocated onto the island where it is situated today. Over the years it has run local outreach programs, free medical clinics, and the Light Stream Academy.
In July 2013, the church broke ground on a new high-school building to expand Light Stream Academy, established to provide quality junior-high education at low or subsidized tuition, specifically to help underprivileged families. For years the ministry has partnered with international friends from the United States and around the world.
The church has historically hosted free medical clinics in and around Paynesville and Monrovia — for example, in November 2017 the ministry provided over $8,000 in medical assistance, testing and treating hundreds of women and children for illnesses such as malaria. Today it operates from its main campus on Pago's Island, broadcasting services and hosting holiday events for the local Monrovia community.
To win souls from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light, utilizing every available resource — human and material — in ensuring success.
To evangelize our immediate communities, country, continent, and the world at large by making disciples and planting churches.

Light Stream is a Word-based ministry anchored in the timeless truths of the Holy Scriptures.
We believe the Bible is God's inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word — our supreme authority for all matters of faith and life.
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, co-equal and co-eternal.
We believe in the deity, virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, and return of Jesus Christ.
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and that all who repent and believe are born again.
We believe in the present-day ministry of the Holy Spirit, including the gifts and fruit of the Spirit for the Church.
We believe in the universal Church as the Body of Christ, called to worship, fellowship, discipleship, and evangelism.
We believe in the literal, bodily, and imminent return of Jesus Christ to establish His eternal Kingdom.
We believe in the resurrection of the dead and the eternal life of all who believe in Jesus Christ.
